The garland from Kamifusen is a set of two. One garland 90 cm long the other 58 cm. Coming with a string to be hanged as a decoration.
Japanese paper balloons or kamifusen are Made of sturdy waxed paper.
These cute little balloons ship flat can be inflated and reinflated when needed, with a simple puff.
Kamifusen were actually originally designed as toys for children and used for a casual sort of volleyball, but nowadays also are used for decoration purposes.
